ONGOING SESSIONS
In some cases, the consultant will directly assist consumers who do not have time to conduct their own career, job, or internship search. Such involvement usually consumes the most consultant time. However, in many cases, the consultant's main role will be to help the consumer identify the most appropriate course of action, set goals, learn what tasks need to be completed to accomplish those goals, and how to complete those tasks. In these situations the consultant serves as a resource, instructor, and coach.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments for the consultant's time are made in advance using PayPal. Before services are initiated, a balance estimated jointly by you and the consultant must be deposited in your Career Options and Outcomes account. Billings will be drawn against the balance. If there is agreement that more services will be needed than the balance will cover, you must deposit the additional funds before the additional services are provided. Any balance remaining at the conclusion of services will be promptly refunded to you.
HOURLY RATES
Services are charged per hour of consultant time. Once services begin, a minimum charge for one hour of services will be billed. After the first hour, billing is based on actual time spent by the consultant in 15 (fifteen) minute intervals. Contact us for our current fee schedule.
