Key Staff

Dr. Simon brings over 35 years of experience and leadership from the public and private sectors, and from academia. He has been a VA counseling psychologist, VA supervisory psychologist, statewide VA rehabilitation and counseling program chief, rehabilitation consultant, university faculty member, professional journal editor, and author. His specialties include vocational assessment of persons with disabilities, geriatric assessment and care planning, Social Security disability, VA vocational rehabilitation, career counseling, life care planning, research, and human services agency administration. Dr. Simon has a Ph.D. in counselor education from Kent State University, with specialties in evaluation and measurement, and a master's in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice counseling in several states.

Diane has extensive experience as a medical and vocational consultant, and program director. She has expertise in vocational assessment, case management, workers' compensation rehabilitation, long term disability, veterans vocational rehabilitation, and forensic rehabilitation. She has worked for several of the largest and best known rehabilitation organizations in the Midwest and Southwest, and also has experience in legal testimony. Diane holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Job Placement and Counseling from Drake University.
